I've found that breakfast needs to be something quick and easy!!
I highly recommend finding a high protein ~ cereal bar which satisfies you.
In my pantry I have an assortment of "bars" which are sweet and/or salty.
My preference right now tends to be a combination of chocolate and nuts.
It does help to change it up a bit and have a variety of different things from
yogurt covered bars to peanut butter and chocolate.
The main thing is that it provide a high amount of protein and that it tastes good.
The higher the protein content = the longer it keeps you from getting hungry!!

The Zone dark chocolate bars really do taste good and they're quite filling. At only 190 calories, you can't easily find a better source of protein and vitamins that will also meet your chocolate needs. My only criticism -- not the fault of the product -- is that Amazon's price for a case of these bars is a bit on the high side. After buying them here, I have discovered a local store that sells the bars for $1 each.

This review is for the dark chocolate bars. I note that Amazon has mixed in reviews for other flavors, and those reviews should be ignored. This is a chocolate coated bar, so it is HEAT SENSITIVE. It is a light textured bar and is somewhat crunchy from the soy nuggets. The flavor is good. It is listed as having 190 calories with 12 grams of protein and about 5 grams of saturated fat. It contains sugar, palm kernal oil, and almonds.
