Diet OR Change Your Eating Habits?

Seems like an easy choice if your weight is where it's suppose to be and you're eating everything that you want to. But for the others, who look at food and seem to gain weight, this whole issue is not a pleasant topic.

Lately, it seems that I keep running into people that say they are "on a diet!"  I  am amazed at how many people are struggling with the weight they see on their scales, and those same folks are actually trying to diet.

It seems that there are equally as many people that are weighing in where they'd like to be and also eating all day long. So what's the point? Many years ago, I read a book about eating and blood types. It was really interesting to read about the foods which were highly beneficial and those which were definitely foods which were specifically ~ those to avoid.

I'm an "A" Blood type and my husband is a "B," and we actually like different foods and maintain our body weights, based on totally different foods. He can eat a truck load of protein, red meat and cheese and lose weight, while I really need to my carbs and go easy on quantities of protein portions.

We were introduced to this whole "Eat for Your Type" in the late 90's while working with a client that swore by this. It's now about 15 years later and I must tell you, I am always in my best mind set when I stay as close to the program as possible.

Check out the link below for the electronic version of "Eat for Your Type" by Dr. D. Adamo.

This book is a terrific resource for all blood types. It helps to specifically outline foods which will fuel your body, satify your hunger and promote over-all great mind and spirit.
